By playing Pruno: Prison Empire you agree to these terms.

The game

Pruno is a playful, fictional idle game provided by J&B Creations LLC. The contraband empire, the hustles, the "break out" — it's all make-believe comedy, not a guide to anything. We offer the game as-is and do our best to keep it working, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Purchases & the VIP Pass

• Pruno is free to play. Optional in-app purchases include consumable gems and starter packs, a one-time No Ads unlock, the Free Man lifetime unlock, and the VIP Pass auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The VIP Pass renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
• Consumable items (gems, packs) are used up in-game and are non-refundable once spent. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies.

Virtual items

Gems, cash, reputation, and every other in-game item have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and may change as we balance the game. You're buying a licence to use them inside Pruno, not property you own outright.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to disrupt, cheat, reverse-engineer, or misuse the game or its services, including manipulating purchases or leaderboards.

Your progress

Pruno stores your progress on your device. You're responsible for your device and any backups; deleting the app removes its local data.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms over time. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer & liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pruno is provided without warranties, and J&B Creations LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the game.
